Unshipped Items Return Policy
35 % restocking fee will be charged for unshipped item returns without valid reason within 30 days of the original order being processed.
Shipped Items Return Policy
For quality or other issues, the Buyer can request a refund or reshipment within 7 days after the end customer has received the item. The reshipment fee will be borne by the Seller.
*Warranty:
1. For any product problems, you must provide communication vouchers, pictures, videos, etc. with the seller.
2. If the product is returned to the overseas warehouse due to the wrong address, no refund will be given.
3. No reason to return any non-product problems, such as the following wrong order, wrong purchase by customer, customer dislike, etc.
4. Please contact the online customer service before returning the product for a refund, otherwise the return will not be refunded.
5. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging.
